COACHING

What would it be like to feel beautiful?
It’s hard to imagine isn’t it? I get it.

You only ever half-look in the mirror these days because the woman looking back at you isn’t the one you see in your mind when you picture who you are.

You have a long list of things you need to change about yourself before you can even begin to feel happy with how you look.

Compliments make you feel seriously uncomfortable… and the idea of complimenting yourself? Laughable.

Lizi Jackson Barrett Coach Speaker Group

But it doesn’t have to be like that.

I work with women like you and help them to transform the way they see themselves. They want to feel happy and confident in their own skin, and stop torturing themselves with the belief that they have to spend their lives trying to change how they look. I help them to see that there is more than one way to be beautiful…. and that feeling beautiful has nothing to do with how you look, and everything to do with how you look at yourself.

A 2019 Mental Health Foundation study found one third of UK adults felt anxious or depressed due to their body image. I'm on a mission to change this.

If you’re new to coaching I know the idea might feel scary.

But I’ll take good care of you – I promise.

And when you see the results? You’ll be so glad you took that first step and asked for help.

What is coaching?

You have so much potential. You have the potential to feel in control of your life, the potential to feel comfortable in your own skin, the potential to make your happy future a reality. Coaching provides you with the tools to unlock that potential. You already have the answers to your problems, and as a professional, qualified coach, I can help to uncover these answers. Coaching is distinct from counselling, mentoring and psychotherapy. It is not about telling you what to do. When you come to me for coaching I will guide you through a process so you can discover the way forward for yourself, and together we will work in partnership to define meaningful goals for you and work on a plan to achieve them. Coaching is all about finding solutions and moving forwards, but I also believe it’s important to acknowledge where you’ve come from and how your experiences up until this point have contributed to the situation you’d now like to change.

"Lizi is an incredible person with a drive and passion to help others. Her willingness to share the good, the bad, and the ugly means that you connect with her as a person immediately. She has empowered many, of all ages, and there are far more to come! An ambassador for body positivity and love. Thank you Lizi, you absolutely rock!”
